Giving Tuesday & "REACH42"
The Need
In the Grant County community there are approximately 42,000 people who do not know Jesus Christ. As you know, The River Church wants to help people know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference. As the River Church continues to grow we see the need to expand, and to launch a new campus in Grant County simply to better serve the people of the community, make an impact for the kingdom of God, and reach more people with the powerful news of Jesus Christ.
What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving that takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving in the United States. It's a day to encourage people and organizations to donate their time and money to charitable causes.
What is REACH42?
So for Giving Tuesday on December 3, we are asking you to help us make a difference and significantly reduce that number of 42,000 by giving to the "REACH42" Expansion Project at The River Church to help expand the ministries of The River with a new campus. We are asking for gifts of $4, $42, $420, $4200, or even $42,000 to help reach the people of Grant County.

Ways To Give
We believe the top competitor for our devotion to Jesus is Money (Matthew 6:24). Giving allows us to demonstrate that He is more important to us than material things.
We believe you can not out-give God, so when you're trusting Him with your tithes and offerings, we know that He will bless the rest (Proverbs 3:9-10 and Malachi 3:10-12).
We think Christians should be the most generous people (2 Corinthians 9:6) on earth to support worthy causes, and there is no organization with more potential to change the world than the local church (Ephesians 3:10)!
God doesn't want something from you; He wants somethings for you. More than you could ask for or imagine. And we do, too. We want you to be financially free.
"Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, fo God loves a cheerful giver."
